Before you start the survey, just a few pointers:
• Company, entity and location specific
Your company, especially if it is a large one, may have many divisions, subsidiaries, offices and sites.
Your input will be for the most immediate and relevant work entity to which you belong in a particular country.
Specify clearly the name of the legal entity which you are rating. For a large conglomerate/company,
there could be many divisions and some divisions are standalone company by themselves.
By division we do not mean department but rather large business unit that has its own customers base and product/service offerings.
For example, under Sony Consumer Product Groups, there are many divisions such as TV Business, Audio & Video Business,
Digital Imaging Business and VAIO Business. Division may or may not have its own legal entity name depending on size and how they are organized internally.
• Every part counts
For your first posting, you will be requested to fill up some employee profile information such as service duration,
employee level etc This is not use to identify who you are but rather to enable your company to view the results posted by different employee groups.
There are 2 parts and a total of 5 sub sections to the survey. For your first posting, appreciate if you could complete all parts.
The second time round and thereafter, you can go straight to the relevant sections to make changes if you want and you do not have to re-do all parts.
No matter how many times the same user make changes, it will be counted as one input in order to maintain data integrity.
