Please note the following when viewing :
• Real time
Once employees have
posted a rating, they can make changes to their posting
as many times as they see relevant. Each time you look
at the results of a company, the data is real time and
it is based on the collective postings of all the
employees’ at that point in time.
• Statistic
As with all things statistics, reliability of data increases as you have more inputs.
By an input, we mean an employee who has posted part 1a to 2c of the
rating
and no matter how many times the same user make changes to his/her posting,
it will be counted as one input in order to maintain data integrity.
• Participation
Wanted to follow up on a topic of your interest or initiate a discussion with employees from the company?
You can use the online discussion tools and it also allows you to engage in private discussion with another user.
• Filtering
You will come across lots of information and may see conflicting opinions.
Exercise your judgment on which part of the information to attach more weight to.
